ABOUT US

The Zonta Club of Hanalei Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to the empowerment of and advancement of the social, economic, political, educational and professional status of women.  It is an affiliate of Zonta International.  

With the assistance of the Zonta Club of Kauai, The Zonta Club of Hanalei was established in 2007 by a group of forward thinking professional women of North Shore community on Kauai.  The group was led by Robin Savage – Thompson and became the second Zonta Club on  the Island.  These women learned early on that in order to drive change an organization must embrace progressive ideas, take bold action and develop a strong foundation of both political and financial support.  Club members work toward these goals through advocacy, community service and fundraising.
